Product Description
Engine control system for generator is usually composed by the engine ignition control ,speed
regulation control and air-fuel ratio control. ECU, we made these common functions
integrated. It makes the engine more stability and reliability,also has better gas consumption rate
and speed stability performance.The main function as follows :
Ignition control: ECU supports 1~12 cylinders of various types of gas engine with sequential ignition
or grouping ignition. Ignition voltage could up to 40000 V;
Gas control: based on the air-fuel ratio closed-loop control, engine could meet the lower fuel
consumption rate, higher emission standards;
Speed control: with electronic throttle valve closed-loop speed intelligent adjustment, the system can
reach the highest speed performance requirements of national standards;
Diagnosis and protection: ECU can receive faults indicating command either from monitor, or from
sensors gained by itself (such as oil temperature,oil pressure and coolant temperature).Based on
these signals, ECU decides to protect engine or not.
Portable Debugging: Customers could use KINGBAND portable debugging instrument to Debug and
diagnosis of ECU
